Studio Booking Terms
These terms are being reviewed by a lawyer before they are published in full. Until then, the booking rules below apply to studio requests made with StoryShout Limited (StoryShout Records), RC 9591364.

- Sessions run Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 West Africa Time (WAT). Each session is 2 hours.
- A booked service covers up to 3 sessions in total, each on a different day, for completing the job, including review. A further session starts a new booking.
- We approve every request personally and hold your times for 48 hours while we review it. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit for your service is received (within 48 hours of approval, or the times are released); the balance is due before your first session.
- Book at least 72 hours ahead, and up to 6 weeks ahead.
- To reschedule or cancel, give at least 2 days' notice. Cancel with that notice before the first milestone of your project (for example, mixing done) and everything you have paid is refunded; with less notice, or if you do not attend, the deposit is kept.
- If you cancel the project after its first milestone (for Recording, after more than 2 sessions), StoryShout Records keeps 15% of the price or the deposit, whichever is larger, and refunds the rest of what you paid.
- If StoryShout Records has to cancel, everything you have paid is refunded.
- The studio address is sent with your confirmation.
